Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all payments made through the Vijay Finance platform at vijayfinance.online, including EMI repayments, processing fees, and subscription charges processed via Cashfree Payments.
1. EMI Repayments
EMI payments made towards your loan account are non-refundable as they are applied directly to your outstanding loan principal and interest.
Exception: If an EMI is debited in error (duplicate debit, wrong amount, or technical failure), a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
2. Processing Fees

3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by writing to us.
- Cancelled before renewal date: No charge for the next billing cycle
- Cancelled after renewal debit: Pro-rata refund for unused days within 7 days of debit
- No refund for cancellations requested after 7 days of the renewal date
4. Loan Prepayment / Foreclosure
You may prepay your loan partially or fully at any time. The excess amount (if any) paid during foreclosure shall be refunded within 7–10 business days.
5. How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email vijayfinance@vaniapp.in with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Account ID]"
- Include: Full name, registered mobile, transaction ID, amount, and reason
- Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within the timelines above
6. Refund Method
All refunds are credited to the original payment source — bank account, UPI, or card used at the time of payment. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account.
